We want to share with you this toolkit made by our colleagues from Fundacja Artystyczna PERFORM (Poland), based on the wonderful Training Course “Inner Bridge” in which we participated in August 2021, as partners and with our beloved Andrelo from Voice and Word Trainer .
The language of art speaks to us in a way that words cannot. Therefore, art is a language that can be used as a means to connect what is inside us with the external reality. It can be a tool to express our emotions, better understand the world inside us, and transform this inner invisible energy into something positive and tangible.
The “Inner Bridge” project is based on the idea that the creative process is healing and supports growth, self-expression, emotional intelligence and transformation. The activities will be wrapped in a reflection on the concept of creativity and will establish a space for participants to share and deepen their understanding of the creative process.
